Since the idea for an anime swimsuit contest has been submitted, I was wondering what everyone would think of a swimsuit cosplay gathering at the hotel pool if the hotel has one?
I enjoyed the pool gathering that was held last year, and I think it'd be cool to hold another one for this year.

Time: Sunday 4:00 at the plaza pool

I would bring swimsuit Larxene but I couldn't go in the water because that would take all the hairspray out x.x

OH YEAH! Count Kairi and Tifa in on this action!! Hopefully we'll have the "Moe~!" worthy bathing suit that Tifa wants by then. (SHE LOOKS SO CUTE!) And I should have one that isn't too small by then! (Wearing the one I have now is a little... Embarrassing...)

I'm thinking of scheduling it on Sunday afternoon. I'm glad you guys like the idea and I look forward to holding it. I've got several swimsuit cosplays that I could wear. I've got Harima from School Rumble, Toji from Peach Girl, Lan from Mega Man, Tracey from Pokemon and Sosuke from Full Metal Panic.

Does anyone know yet when the swimsuit contest will be scheduled? I want to make sure I don't schedule the meet-up at the same time as the contest.

If it's at the same time as the Cosplay Contest then I can't do it. I'm doing a walk-on as Grave of Maria, and that is NOT an easy costume to get in/out of.

But I'll definitely do a swimsuit Lenalee for this if it's at a different time.

If the paperwork has been submitted to programming oficially than the schedual, as with all the other panels, wont be announced till closer to the con. The Panelists can request not to have the panel at a certian time like durring the cosplay contest and Prog will try to avoid it if possible.

Ffffffffffffff Kof at Kumoricon? That makes me want to bump up my Blue Mary costume for Kumoricon. Alas, my cosplay group would get angry with me if I don't finish Cassandra again. Will you guys be going to Sakuracon? We're getting together a big 'ol Kof group for it. I went to Sakuracon this last year and it was alright. I would just go to Seattle for a day personally XD (and eat crepes~) and take photographs. : 3 I might go to a day and wander around Seattle with a few of them, that could be fun : D

Yeah, I was gonna do Urd, and Kurumi, but my group is still undecided on what cosplays they're gonna do. So I just decided to go as Luka and my gijinka with them if they decide to do that this year. Too many others I wanna do, but can't cause I have too much on my plate right now. (I have to make 2 other costume not my own, for my bf and a friend who will owe me his soul for his awesome Akaito jacket)

Oh this sounds really fun, I'd definitely do this! I think when I get my cosplay plans and such together I'd definitely do a bathing suit Karren....though I always have a bit of discomfort when wearing bathing suits because everyone always stares at my boobs too much O.O... I mean prom was bad enough... but hey were all moe obsessed pervs here, we'll all have a little fun! XD

I don't think anyone probably would Kallika, people are dumb sometimes and do that but you shouldn't have to sacrifice what you would want to wear because of it. I know you don't know me, but if someone makes you feel uncomfortable by staring at you and you don't feel like you can talk to them about it, you can just drop a line to me and I'll go talk to them. Hell, everyone on the forums and at Kumoricon is so nice I'm sure you could tell anyone and they'll help you.

Mine is anime oriented as well. It's Princess Zelda's sword running down my spine with vines wrapped around it with white rose buds... there's a bit more but hard to describe.

one of the two I want to get is video game related. It's the kanji for 'one sky' on the side of my neck below my left ear. The other one I want to get is a pair of crow wings on my shoulder blades with the oregon motto in scrips between them. It's bigger, but i think the 'one sky' one will hurt more... XD

Those are the books the TV show "Legend of the Seeker" is based off of. I'm a huge geek for that show.

Yeah, that's always a problem for me too, I want so many tattoos. But I don't have the money for them~
