I watched a naked blue man on the silver screen. Talk about digitally enhanced!  :o ::)

Saw a lot of Ride Back Friday night. My wife even likes it! Yippee!

I watched the Blazers last night. I got to do a lot of yelling that only normally happens during football season, so that was a plus! I scare the snobs though. Even the little kid looked at me funny. Kid, you ain't living right, I was thinking.

Going to go home tonight and watch a bit more Toward the Terra.

Yeah, first weekend bootlegs tend to be nothing but the worst. The better the movie, the worse the quality of the bootleg.

Not that I endorse anything like that. 8)

I started watching Kujibiki Unbalance last night. So far, it's fine. I got more out of Genshiken, that seems to have been like a real world Otaku's take on Kujibiki. Something like that.

No animu at the moment - I blazed through all 8 seasons of Stargate SG1 this winter (the two without MacGuyver don't count) and now I'm almost done with Atlantis.

WOw, must be some outstanding stuff you guys are watching. I guess I don't want to watch it,as you have nothing good to say about them.

We watched Max Payne last night. Bloody, but not too shabby.
Australia wasn't all that bad either. It seems everything came round right in the end. Nice bit of historical revisionism I guess. I say that because they still seem to treat the aboriginal people as dirt. But then they do so for women, so what's the problem eh?

The Kujibiki UNbalance has new Genshiken OVA included as an extra. Cool, I like Genshiken more than KU.

Started watching episodes 154-15? of Naruto. Nothing spectacular, but it's still cool to watch Rock Lee fight while unconscious!  :D

Watched Bleach ep 211 tonight..the anime is actually getting good again. Hurray for showing us back story!

Also watched episode 2 of Castle. I'm definitely liking it so far. It's that new show that has Nathan Fillion as a lead.

I started The Familiar of Zero last night. I have heard some not favorable reviews of it. But it doesn't seem that bad to me. It's a bit of a Bildungsroman, translated for non-English majors to mean a building up story. Both Zero (Louise) and her familiar, a human names Saito, okay I forget his first name, but it's Japanese all right? Anyway, it's still early in the viewing. So far I want to watch more, not immediately return it to the provider.

Zero no Tsukaima, ahh yes.
There's a pun in that tsu-kai-ma also sounds a lot like the Japanese verb 'to capture.'

Much tsundere angsty-ness here. Lots of "he tripped, and crashed into her soft parts so she gets to beat the crap out of him" pratfalls, but they got old to me rather quickly. Would love it if one of these Shinj-boys grew a spine, and slapped the little twit BACK, for once. Just one good slap. Please. Once.

A few other plot points that I reakky wanted to see didn't happen (over 3 seasons,) but I won't say what they were, and that way they won't act as spoilers...

Enjoy, if you can.

Is anyone watching or has watched an older show called 'Witch Blade?'
If so, any comments?

IN Familiar of Zero, he does slap her once! There was a lot of interesting story that never got told here, series ended. Oh well. At least something got resolved, if not everything.

Started watching Air. I feel like i am watching a lighter Haibane Renmei. There is a lot of serious stuff going on under all the fluff. It's all right.

I may be watching Stargate Continuum tonight after work, or just crashing.

I haven't wanted to watch Witch Blade since it started on TBS, let alone the comics, way back when. I have heard good things about it, that it was a sensation in Japan, but other than that, dunno.

Almost done with series, I has some good comedy moments and there are some episodes which are good for watching late at night in the dark. I think doing an anime sleep over is a good idea for this series. Its good but its not a great series. I does have some creepy and sad moments though.

I saw that Stargate thing here at work a month back. Didn't need to see it again.

Air volume 4 hello, is there an echo in here? Didn't I just watch this in volume 3? More or less. I didn't want to watch it all over again. As if volume 3 wasn't a re-telling of volume 1 anyway...... AAAAAAHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!

Gonna watch the Legend of Shinobu, starting tonight. Personally I don't know how much of Onsakamaru I can handle. Creeps ME out!

My blood sugar.

Was watching some Diamond Daydreams. A series of vignettes centering on young women of Hokkaido. It was okay, but just not my bag so much. If anything, I really would like to visit Hakodate, it looks so scenic with the isthmus of city that you see from that hill. See Noein if you really want to see what Hakodate is like.

We watched Zathura last night. It wasn't so bad. Jumanji was better though. I wonder if even Robin Williams could have made Zathura better. Prolly not.

We started watching a film that had Christian Bale in it, and Boromir of LOTR. Huh, I didn't even know it wasn't anime. Just something I clicked on to order. Didn't finish it. I can only handle so much fascism as evil in cinema. Two reasons. One: film makers don't know squat about actual politics to be able to portray something that isn't their hearts desire. Two: I can hardly believe we would let it happen AGAIN! It was so horrible the first go around.

Wow, I just remembered that I started something, it purports itself to be anime, but it is one of those dub only anime, because someone thought they had really super actors, so could do that. It looks like it is very similar in style to those Batman Beyond/Justice League/Superman series. Maybe they took a little more time in the creation to devote to background. It's supposed to be related to some video game. I feel like I am watching Alien, but with more people to kill off. More fascistic idiots in charge I guess. Blah!

So I may watch Dan in Real LIfe tonight when I get home. I think Steve Carrell is great. But I don't think I can stand watching the Office, that's a matter of filming techniques.
