Spam is just pork shoulder, a very small part of the meat that people didn't want to be wasted. Since a single cut couldn't be sold it was processed and canned to make it more marketable.

The name spam was actually the WINNER in a naming contest at a Hormel executive's cocktail party. I'm scared of what the losers were.

Spam is just like any other lunchmeat really. It's just got a bad rep because people don't tend to prepare it properly. The like to stare at it congealing too much.

I think that a spam sandwich is safer than most of the stuf at McDonalds, at least you'd be sure you were just eating pork.

The only things I trust at Micky Dee's are the coke and the apple pies. Mmm... sweet volcanic apple... mmm....
