I think it would be fun to sleep on the beach and that is what I'm going to do. If you would like to do this too then post yourself and tell me what you are going to bring. If I have a list then i can plan this out better. Try to bring something to share like food, games, tents, sleeping bags, matches, and you(HA HA). And If some of the people that have cars come then we have a ride home. So please If you can get a car or van or truck or something then that would be great.

Camping over at the beach sounds like a good plan to me.

Ya know unless it's a campsite, which do cost money, it's illegal to sleep on the beach itself.
-
no only if you drink then you are no able to do so
-
" According to Dave Woody, a head Park Ranger with Oregon State Parks in Newport, camping is prohibited in a variety of places on the beaches. “Camping on the beach is prohibited in front of any State Park, within city limits of coastal towns, or if otherwise posted,” Woody said. “For instance, camping on the beach at Cannon Beach is prohibited by City ordinance. Camping on Nehalem spit is prohibited because it is in front of a State Park. Camping on Clatsop Beach is prohibited due to State and County ordinance.” "
It's illegal, even if you're not drinking.

great... i have to think of something else.

We can stay out all night on the beach as long as we don't sleep at the same time. Or there's no cost in camping in someone's back yard on the way back towards Portland. One of the people that came on the trip that is. (Don't look at me though)
-
sounds like a plan, sand man
-
Or, you could totaly WAIT untill we camp AT THE BEACH in a site that's NOT illegal.
It's legit.
-
ok

Well, just saying, as this kinda failed in the sense that you won't be doing it anymore, I feel this should just be locked, so it doesn't turn into just another thread for the first beach trip thread.
-

-
Nick, drop this thread, and wait till July for the camping trip
