hey guys ^_^ this is the Kingdom Hearts Unlocked Group again =3
what: we are having our first meeting
why: to get some panel scheduling ideas and stuff going on, but to also hang out and have fun as well.
you can cosplay if you like but since it is a restaurant keep it down a bit lol (no crazy inappropriate attire like giant voodoo Axel plushies with knives in them and stuff like that lol)
KH panel attendees are welcome :3 we would like you there for the first part of the meeting, and are more than welcome to stay until the end (it goes on until a bit after 7pm) but that part will be mostly talking amongst us 3 hosts and orgy 13 members.
there will be a PS3 and Wii console provided to play some games! (mario bros, warioware, etc.) those of you who want to bring some ps3 or wii games are more than welcome to bring them, just keep in mind we will NOT be responsible for any broken or lost games.
we will have the meeting at Giraldi's pizzeria and subs, our sponsor for holding our meetings and who may possibly be providing food for kumoricon staff and hotel conner guests for 2011! (let's HOPE!) x>w<x

time: 3-6pm (maybe a bit longer if you guys want to hang out or w/e (i changed the time to 3-6pm because of possible commute time for people.
*if you guys have trouble with transportation or don't know how to get there PM me and I'll let help you with getting here with directions, and see if i can get you a ride if you are nearby. (if you can get to the Beaverton TC then we can meet you there and pick up everyone from there!)*
those of you who can not make it due to not finding a ride, busy with a job, or you are sick, or just can't get down here for various reasonable reasons, PLEASE please send me a PM or email letting me know that you can't so that I can start a list of things that I may want to go over with you later personally (your position, duties, suggestions, etc.)
those of you who WANT to somehow still be able to be part of the meeting but are stuck at home or w/e and want to be able to talk with us via webcam chat (msn) or skype (has both), i will bring my laptop with me and i will have a live chat on skype or msn while we conduct the meeting! just give me your skype name and real name so i know who i'm talking to lol
now if you guys want to suggest moving it to an earlier or later date let me know. maybe like that friday instead of sat or maybe the weekend before or something. keep in mind they close on sundays! that's why i couldn't make it on halloween and the fact that people can't commute here and back on a sunday evening because of school/work the next monday morning!

these are the positions/characters we are looking for atm
- Electronics/Tech people (someone who can put up audio, and visual for our panel (ex: hooking up the overhead sound/video)
- *Master Xehanort and/or Eraqus (from Birth By Sleep)
- *Vanitas
- *young sora and (maybe) riku (birth by sleep) this depends on whether or not our older riku will be switching outfits *Kristi you know what i'm talking right?*
- *mickey, donald and/or goofy (would love to have a mickey for sure and i'll let you know later why +w+)
- *DiZ/Ansem the Wise
*you guys are MORE than welcome to join us up on the stage if you like and be part of the group, if not then u can just sit and enjoy the show XD
there might be some positions available later (but most of the positions will be main characters)

I don't know if i have any say but you might get a better turn out of people if you make it a friday because the Kumoricon halloween party is the 30th (just letting you know :D)

Right now it's Xemnas and Marly XD

I'm not sure if I will bring any games. I don't really have that many for Wii...But I have sports and those kind. But if anything, I guess I can bring controls.
Also, should we bring any snacks? Guraldi's doesn't have that much snack-like food.
