Title: zero cosplay

i was thinking of going as zero from code geass in 2011, i know someone who was gonna make the cape and i was just going to buy the undersuit, but i cant afford helmet. my idea was to find one of those security camera domes and tint it purple, then build around and cut things to make it fit. what do you guys think? any ideas on how to make mask? please i would appreciate any useful input.
