Title: [2006] Tennis no Oujisama

Hey everybody~

 I decided that next year, I really want to go as Akutagawa Jirou (Hyoutei) from Prince of Tennis. However, at the kumori-con 2005 I didn't see any cosplayers from Prince of Tennis except for Seigaku. I don't want to be all alone though so I'm hesitant on buying the stuff I'll need to make the outfit.

 Even if no one else plans on going except Seigaku Players, seigaku wouldn't abandon poor Jirou, would they? In other words, could I say hello (and follow around, and hug, and talk and be generally happy) to you other cosplayers who would be doing Prince of Tennis even if you aren't doing Hyoutei? >.>

Well, first, welcome to the forum.  We all act a little weird from time to time but we're a good bunch.

What day did you go to KumoriCon 2005?  I think on the last day (Mon.) there were at least half a dozen people cosplaying as Prince of Tennis characters.

Ooh~ Really? I only went on Saturday and Sunday, hmm~ Next year I'll be able to go all three days though!

Me and My sister Next year are going as Prince Of tennis Charecters She's going as Fudoime (I spelled that wrong) and me Seigaku
and I don't know about what chareters we are going to be yet

I already bought a wig for my Tezuka cosplay for next year!

As for Hyotei, I love them, my favorite is Otori, he's just so nice, and so cute!  Anyway, Jiro's a cutie too, all of them are.  I'm planning on doing either Atobe or Shishito as well, but we'll see.

I'm definetly going to be cosplaying Shinji (Fudomine).

I also noticed the lack of non-seigaku cosplayers...

edit: does anyone know where to get good tenipuri uniforms (besides ebay?)

I'm making my own cosplay, all three of them. It's my hair I'm having issues with. :O

I know there was someone on livejournal.com who was selling them as she made them but I couldn't remember her username even if my life was on the line, sorry. >>;

So I definitly won't be the only tenipuri cosplayer then, yay~

I just started watching, and was thinking of coplaying the main guys dad. He seems pretty cool.
