Title: Need a Sewing commission

Hello all, I have a friend that got into cosplay last year and she would like a really awesome Cosplay for next Kumoricon.  I am making her weapon but I don't sew.  Here is a picture of what she wants.  She would like the female form on the right.  thanks in advance.

I m kinda new at doing sewing but i know how to do alot of stuff I can possably help out with this I have a kimono pattern we can use and I know how to do the obi. It wont be the best but I am sure I can help out with this I would need some better photos and meet with the person to do this for :3
