Title: Need help acquiring a picture

Alright everyone I am in need of help, I need a picture of my avatar (just a jpg is all I need) but at 510x420 instead of 60x60 or whatever it is at currently..unpixelated. I'm debating whether to use this or another picture I have..but I am wanting to see it that size unpixelated.
