WOOT

I was part of the stay at home club for sakura con this year but now it feels like the pressures on as things always seem to start heating up after S con!

SO youguys got a new line up for K con or improving S con costumes for the next con?

i got a lot of planning to do for k con myself, most of my costumes arent done and even peach still needs a revamp!

what about you all?

I feel the pressure! I still need to order and style a ton of wigs, and get cosplay, etc etc

I'm almost done with my Nami wig though, what a rush!

I have 2 of my 3 cosplays 100% complete! Unfortunately, I have yet to even START on Deidara.
He is the most expensive out of all my cosplays [wig, extensions, costume, clay, blue contacts, makeup]
so I saved him for last since I'm getting a job hopefully next month and I'll have the whole summer [3 months] to work on it!!

I'm still not certain what I'm doing for kumoricon, but I know I want to make the shinigami cloak for Death the Kid. I'm also thinking about UK from Hetalia, but we'll see what goes down.

Well, thanks to talking with friends at Sakuracon, I now have ideas for what I may do for Kumoricon! WHEEE SO AMBITIOUS I'm gonna plan now. ^__^

I AM NOT waiting til the last minute like I did with Sakuracon!!! ^^; (though that worked out MUCH better than I expected. <3)

We're going OLD SCHOOL for Kumoricon.

lol. But I beg to differ...I didn't feel like adding my whole checklist, but now that I won be the only one, I think I will.

-Finish Mikuo cosplay
-buy/style Mikuo's Wig
-start/finish Zubat cosplay
-Buy/style zubat wig
-find shoes for Zubat
-Start Rhyme's shirt/overalls
-Make Rhyme's Hat
-Find/alter shoes for Rhyme
-Figure out how I am gonna do Cirno's Wings
-Make Cirno's dress
-Buy/style Cirno's wig
-Finish Satoko cosplay
-plan/start/finish secret cosplay

that is about it, I think they are about the same, seeing that I broke some of it up a bit. And I'm not selling anything (although I wish I was) so I don't have to make any plushies

Peach- go over with a serger and revamp corset, style wig again to perfection, make crown, make jewls

Rosette- Buy fabric, buy wig, sew, style wig, make boots, make fake guns, make habit, get blue contacts, buy stockins, burn off lots of calories

Shadow- buy full body suite, add ears feet and hands, buy lots of black face paint, bright yellow contacts

Wolfwood- get binding materials, buy suite, make cross, style and buy wig.

Kairi- revamp repare and get a new and better wig, re dye shoes.

Secret- buy wig and sew

FOR OTHERS:

Lulu: got to good will buy belts by the pound, buy other fabric, get models measurments, help style wig, sew costume

Daisy: buy fake boobs for model, get model measurments, buy fabric, make corset, sew, teach model how to be a woman.

Daisy renditions- buy sew and style.

Mario + Luigi- buy overalls and tear apart, buy pettie coats, make hats and shoes

Mario and luigi renditions- buy sew and style

Yoshi- buy fabric, sew costume, get wig, finish design of dress

yoshi renditions- buy sew and style

Bowser- get model to ideal weight (her decision not mine) finish design, buy bright orange wig and feed it to my dogs, sew costume

bowser renditions- buy sew and style

Rosalina- buy fabric, finish design, buy and style wig, sew costume

Rosalina renditions- buy sew and style

Yuna- get models measurments, buy fabric, make fake guns, style wig, get model to stop jumping up and down constantly for one second, buy boots, sew costume

not to mention

gotta make all my artist alley merchendise

finish Ryodans scripts

and some how manage to get a wink of sleep in there.

I make all mine, so I guess that's one way to save up money.
And also, Wal Mart fabric. For the win~

most of hte cosplays arent for me though, and Im making my friends buy their own fabric so I dont have to pay anything besides time.

I have to say, I'm more worried about graduation in less than two months than a con in about 6. xD But one of my "maybe" cosplays is part of a final project of mine, so I have to start that one asap whether it goes to con or not~!

Rally Dawson [YGO 5D's] - planning stages; needs...everything.

Izayoi Aki (Akiza Isinski) [YGO 5D's] - 10% complete; have bought base supplies, need everything else

Mana [YGO] - 98% complete; still needs revamps! x_X; Especially on the belt. Wargh. That thing never wants to cooperate. I'm on my second version and going on to my third now.

For friends:

Divine (Sayer) [YGO 5D's] - planning stages; Keru said she'd be my Divine when I'm Aki~ But only if I make it for her due to lack of funds on her side. She'll pay me back, of course. This one is on the proverbial back burner until it's time for SakuraCon again, technically. That's when we really have plans for him.

...Well, this seems like it'll be a con full of children's card games for me. o_o; Scary thing is, about half my to do list is YGO related now. This is nothing. Oh, fandom.

Ah, I was part of the stay at home club as well. First time in 6 years I was part of that club. Sadness.

I probably won't have too many cosplays. I know I will go as Schuldig from Weiss Kreuz. I might try to throw together a nice GothLoli outfit, and I would love to cosplay Rosetta from Mario Galaxy, but my sewing skills are not that good. I'll most likely save up all summer and commission her dress.

Mine's a pretty insane list as well... considering the plan I did have now interferes with the plan I have now XD

Summoner Yuna (hair is an issue) -> Red Room Soul Eater (wig is an issue)
Roxas (make foam keyblade to wooden keyblade)
Allen Walker *lolita*: ordered new wig for him, still fighting with the red stuff for the mark, my friend still hasn't finished the tiny plushie Timcampi yet, I don't have the right shoes still, and the dress should be here today or tomorrow.

@.@ It's all one big mess.
Kind of depends on who I decide to be at the June photoshoot I'm trying to organize. If I can be Yuna to that, I'll have that costume out of my system and not have to freeze at Kumori xD;

I'm only going to be working on one costume this year for KumoriCon as I'm also working on a Star Wars one at the same time (a B-Wing pilot flightsuit). I may show up in my Gihren Zabi outfit every so often-- maybe-- as it got some good responses last year... But I'll probably stick with my new costume.

Actually, my mother and I are going together this year. We both like Bleach so we're doing a cosplay of that. She's going as Retsu Unohana, and I'll be going as either Sajin Komamura or Shunsui Kyouraku... I haven't decided which one yet. I like them both and I can't make up my mind. ><
I was going to go as Mayuri Kurotsuchi but I ran into some problems... so I may have to wait until next year for that one.

Ahh!! Awesome!!

I'm doing a new Euphie outfit for the con. I was thinking I may still break out the bloody one for a bit at some point, heheh... Kinda depends on how many costumes I end up doing.
If I do, and we run into each other, we should have like, a bloody Euphie showdown, haha!
Except, we're both Britannian, so under the orders of the Geass, there's no reason we should have to shoot each other down... XD

Aw man, two of them running around the con... could be amazing chaos. ^_^
