Mmkay, sooooo, my cousin and I have been wondering... What color are the Undertaker's eyes?! It's driving meh crazy! DX His stupid hair is always in teh way D:

We think they be yellow X3

My guess would be grey or yellow.~ Because whenever you see a flash from behind his hair it's yellow...but maybe that's just the default color for those. xD;

You usually never see his eyes but I think I remember them being Yellow

From what I'm just kinda conjecturing from the anime and such, maybe a bright golden greenish yellow? He's a Death God after all, even if he's retired, and William and Grell have the same color eyes (and all three of them have or have had glasses at some point, along with I do believe the rest of the Death Gods- maybe it's a uniform or being a Death God gives you eye problems?) so I'll just have to go with that.
