I figure since this is the Fan Creations forum. I'd post some creations of mine.

Just a couple of drawings I did. I don't plan on submitting these ones to the art gallery. But I do have a couple of ideas that I'm gonna work on over the summer.

Anyway crits and comments are welcome.

I am a critic by nature. sorry you guys, dont take it personally.

Zen- Round out your charas they look like card board cutouts give it a background maybe that helps alot. Good work otherwise, keep it up.

Princess Frodo-I love mt i love how you inverted the colors, very cool looking.

Spit- Compared to your other drawings Spike looks traced. Keep it up on the other drawings those are pretty cool, add background to add life to your charas.

Mistress Legato-Very nice character designs, origional?

Aeris- very very nice, great, keep going!

Yarichuu- *Radgore quakes in fear* love the chocobo drawing.

Again sorry for being a critic I will soon post a few of my own art peices and you can all cut me up into tiny pieces with a spoon. 8O

Just out of curisousity, how many of you guys has been to Deviant Oregon meeting? The one where you go every "First Thursday" (I go there every month. ) It would be fun to see some of you guys in August.

It used to be "Portland" but the name was changed to Oregon. We roughly get about 20~30 people, and nowadays we hang out at the Backspace or go explore galleries in smaller groups. I like to go to the COMPOUND gallery, they have lotta Anime Action Figures and other goodies. (Katsuya Terada was there, you can still see some of his art and buy prints)

I'd like to go to the Dev. portland meeting. I was hoping it would be close to the Compound where Kerry and I were this first Thurs. but it wasn't. *sigh*

Portland DA used to go meet at the starbucks, but now with so many people the place was changed to Pioneer food court and we stay there till maybe 6, 6:30PM and grab something to eat or doodle. Then go over to backspace, which is located right next to the Compound gallery. Some of us stayed there the whole time, others like me just left and went to explore on our own.

Next one is in August, I should be able to make it.

We were at BackSpace for quite awhile, but no DA people seemed to be there. Hrm . . . maybe next time we'll hang there longer! It'd be fun to see real people XD

It's hard to tell we're Deviants because we wear casual clothing and walk in like any other costumer. Maybe I'll try wearing sticker with "DA" to let others know. I usually carry a sketch book with the sticker on so that was a good give a way... But I had no time to pick it up on the last meet.^^;

Thanks for all the good words guys about my drawings. I've had a thing for it since god knows when I remember. And yes Radgore you're right about me needing more backgrouds to my works. Thats the main thing I am trying to work on now. And sorry for not replying more I've been currently busy as all hell with things so I don't get a chance to get on here as much. I'll be up in portland for the con this weekend so if you want to hang out with me we can. I forgot what my nametag will say either Zen, or Joe I am not entirely sure which. And I'll have shaggy brown hair so if you spot me and just feel like saying hi then thats more than appreciated. I'll do a little doodle or something.

So anyway take care all and enjoy the con!
