Yo, I had a couple of questions about running panels.
My main one is about registration. I heard that panelist badges cost less than regular registration, but I never see panelist applications until a few months before the con. With an attendance cap this year, I'm worried that I'll wait too long to register in hopes of doing a panel, and there won't be any more badges for sale and I won't be able to attend the con at all.
I'm going to try to run a lolita panel, but I was also thinking it'd be cool to have a little fashion show either as a part of the panel or separately. Having seen the panel rooms at Kcon '09, I'm not sure if there'd be room for a fashion show. I know there were some larger rooms on the L2 story in the Hilton, but are those reserved for demonstrations?
