I find myself just spazing out, twitchy as a fish outta water about 5
minutes before I fall asleep...

What I hate is when I am just about totally asleep, and something just makes a big jerk, like a leg or my back, and gives me an adrenaline rush. Sooooooo hard to get to sleep again.

Or when my cat jumps on me. Same effect, adrenaline rush.

xD that happened to me last night, felt like my legs were kicked out from under me. Not to mention Dott kept batting at my face in the night since she claimed my bed as her bed.

I have RLS.

I can't help it.

My leg keeps moving as I sleep and it hits the other side of the wall and my sister comes in to my room and tells me to stop.

When I go to other peoples houses they get really pissed.
