My measurements are: 38-28-37. I would not exceed that. I'd say that it is more ideal for someone that is probably about 36-26-free (Hips really don't matter much)
Notes: There is one silver spot on the back of the blazer; there are no studs; The skirt is kind of long in my opinion so I have to roll it (I am 4'11), but on my friend it is fine (She is about 5'5).
