So, a couple of us on here started planning cosplays for a meetup we're going to, and we're being a couple famous cat from stories.
But then we got the idea of actually making a group that consisted of our loveable nekos, and here we are...The Neko Squad!

Right now, we're a small group of 3, but others are welcome to join us in our madness ^^

I WANNNA JOOOINNNNN~ *flaily* I've always wanted to cosplay a cat. ;o;

But I can't choose between Simba, Garfield, Pink Panther.....so hard to chooose. ;o;

I'd kinda think it should stay away from Disney cats...

True, true. So far on your list you have DreamWorks and Disney. x D

Pink Panther would be awesome~ Or to go with that some of the older well known cats, like Tom from Tom & Jerry, Silvester, Top Cat (Would work with my hair atm), Felix.......Or one of the cats from the play CATS. XDD

If I was into the idea of body paint, body suits, and had a better fit body I'd be cheetara.

Mhmm~ Though still, your doing Burton's, so it's a little in the half zone of "Alice's adventures in Wonderland" and 2010 "Alice In Wonderland".

I just got...an epic idea. My favorite, yet creepiest cat. The Cheshire Cat from American McGee's Alice. -w-; God I love that cat, so creepy.

I know...But really, the only reason I put it as Burton's is b/c I'm gonna be black and blue...

But anyways, this really is just for the fun of it ^^
And mainly why I don't like the Disney approch, is b/c it'd be hard to really reconize someone as who they are...If that makes any sense at all ^^;

Yup I, persoanly, think the Cheshire cat looks a lot better in the Black and Blue like Burton's. Doesnt murder the eyes. x D

Well if you did Disney's a few years ago people would reconize you. x D But then there are those crazy kids that are all "Forget the old movies I wanna see the new ones *Flaily arms*" Then again, the cheshire cat has the same design no matter what, so everything is noticeable. x D But yeah that made sense. :0

I wanna do that soooo bad. ;o; So it's between Pink Panther, McGee's Alice Cheshire Cat...and Top Cat, only because the others....would be really awkward because of the side parts. ;o;

^OH BTW, I forgot to ask, but....we'd do Gijinka's right? (I'm thinking thats a yes, because furry costumes ARE SO DIFFICULT)
If it is a Ginjinka...I wonder what McGee's Ches cat would look like, because he looks like one of those bald cats. o.e

Furries are hard to do and they're kinda creepy >>

My brain is going crazy and I'm drawing gijinkas of the cats...Including my actual design. When I'm done I'll post them on here!
And I'll probably try McGee's ches and see what comes from it...

Indeed they are, but only some. Like....there was an awesome Blanka (I think that's her name) from Animal Crossing, that's not creepy. Then again she had no face, until I got to her. >u>;

My Ches is kinda based of the designs from 'CATS'

yeah, I saw a version someone did of McGee's...She had a mask for the smile. It was creepily awesome OwO
