Personally would like to shy away from Spiritomb, but he does fit well.
So changed and currently have it going as:
Honchkrow, Insomnia, Naive, holding Focus Sash
224atk/40spa/244spe
Pursuit
Sucker Punch
Heat Wave
Superpower
Drapion, Sniper, Jolly, holding Scope Lens
252atk/4spd/252spe
Swords Dance
Cross Poison
Night Slash
Ice Fang/Earthquake (Both seem to be good choices)
Spiritomb, Pressure, Careful, holding Leftovers
252hp/124def/132spd/
Adamant nature
Will-O-Wisp
Pain Split
Shadow Sneak
Pursuit
Weavile, Pressure, Jolly, holding Expert Belt
40hp/252atk/216spe
Swords Dance
Ice Punch
Night Slash
Brick Break
Gliscor, Hyper Cutter, Impish, holding Leftovers
252atk/4def/252speed
Roost
Earthquake
Stone Edge
Fire Fang
And the last slot is up in the air. Kinda want a grass/poison to give me a pretty good resistance spread, but a Curse Muk would tank really well. Tentacruel would work in here for tanking too, but IDK what kind of moveset on him @_@
Gliscor=ground/flying=doesn't fit your team=probably shouldn't be there.
You still need a solid lead. Try Crobat or Roserade, as you could use some sleep support.
Plus roserade has toxic spikes, giving you an advantage in that respect.
you messed up your spiritomb, where it says "adamant nature", and it says "careful" above that.
Gengar should be in your last slot. Here are a few good sets for it.
@choice specs
252spatk/4atlk/252spe
Hasty Nature
Shadow Ball
Energy Ball/Focus Blast
Thunder Bolt/Explosion
Trick
@Life orb
192spa/64atk/252spe
Hasty/Naive
Shadow Ball
Energy Ball/Focus Blast
Thunder Bolt
Explosion
Also, tyranitar could really help this team. You currently lack much bulk in your team, and if used right, tyranitar can pull it off well.
Tyranitar gets an automatic Special Defense Boost from sandstorm, making him a nice special wall.
Try this set out
Tyranitar @Leftovers
Impish
252hp/132def/124spdef
Substitute
Focus Punch
Taunt/Stealth Rock
Toxic
Bring this in on a latias or dusknoir to scare them away, and when they run, use substitute. Proceed to either focus punch if its a steel type, taunt if its something that will set up, and toxic if it is something that toxic effects. The idea is that there is no ghost steel types, so the only thing you need to worry about is sub-gengar, which is really uncommon in todays metagame, and can still be stall killed by SS. Sandstorm will help you deal damage while stalling, and leftovers will help heal off your substitute damage, so all you have to worry about is fighting attacks.
Tyranitar doesn't need any attack ev's here because he already has a high enough attack stat, that he doesn't have to worry about things that are being weakened by SS, and toxic not dying. his defense is high enough for him to take hits, and with this ev spread he should be perfectly fine, and with the spdef boost, he won't be dying easily.
Taunt is really cool on this set, because it prevents tyranitar from being sleeped and poisoned while its sub is down. Stealth rock can be quite useful as well because you don't currently have anything setting it up on this team, and it can help wear away what the SS/Toxic isn't already.
