But Dance, Hentai and Speed dating all at the same time? Noooo~~~ This will be a TOUGH choice. xD
I'm assuming for the speed dating thing you have to stay for the whole time, and not jump in later or out early to do something else? (doesn't know how that works)

Also, the second nights dance is the J-Pop one, while the first nights is more of the rave music? I read this somewhere in the forums.

I can probably make it to the first half of the Forum Meet-Up (never been to one, keep promising I will and then forgetting or losing track of time or can't find it) but the Cosplay Contest Pre-Meet starts halfway through it and I have to be at that or no Cosplay Contest for me. It's just down the hall though, I think, so I might be able to stay just a little bit longer than half depending on when the Pre-Meet actually gets going.

I want to see Tiffany Grant.  I am assuming that she will be hosting the Adapting Scripts for English Dubs panel on Saturday from 11:00am to 12:30pm and the Hello Kitty (Tiffany Grant) panel on Sunday from 1:30pm to 2:30pm  I didn't see a Q&A session with her anywhere though.  She does have an hour long autograph session on all three days (Can you say writers cramp?  I new you could).

Why do they always schedule GOH events during the cosplay contest?  For me, the two main reasons I go are to see the GOHs and to see the cosplay skits.  Grrrrr....      OK, I also like to go to the Anime Dating Game, and watch AMVs, but my main reasons are still GOHs and Cosplay skits.

Friday, the day before the con. A lot of people are already there for pre-reg and to check into the hotel room so some unoffical events and meetups get planned then   I just people watch in the lobby

You're not a noob at all. No worries. A newbie maybe, but not a noob. The Game Control thing is a 21+ event. Game Control is an awesome bar that's got something around 100 arcade games of all sorts.
