Cosplay commisioner requested!

My name is Shay, if you, uh...didn't already know.
I'm cosplaying Nia Teppelin from Gurren Lagann, and I need some serious help with the cosplay.
I'm requesting a serious commisioner that has the skills to make this REALLY well!
I'm willing to pay, um, a good amount of money if you think you can do it good. o n o ;;
Here's a picture of the cosplay I'm talking about:

For this, I need...pretty much everything but the wig.
This would include:
*The flower head piece.
*The dress.
*Jewels jewels jewels.
*Gold parts.
*Tie.

Basically, I can handle the shoes.... o x o;

I'm not sure if theres anyone on here with the expertice to make his, but if there is....PLEASE POST HERE. ; 3 ;

I can make the jewelry too, but if Kameko wants to she can xD; (you need to make the inside of the flower to glue to the rest of the flower if I make that, so it all matches ono)
