Con pannel: The Chibi Challenge!

Time to get your D’aww on
  What is a Chibi?
Literally means little person.
  In terms of the challenge it is a contest for kids 12 and under to show off just how Chibi they are. It’s a pretty simple event a little costume judging costume, little Q&A etc.

Are there any age restrictions and what is the number of participants?
There are slots for 10 children to enter, show up 10 minutes before the event is scheduled to start and I will take information.  If more than 10 children show up then preference will be going to youngest contestants as it is Chibi challenge.
There will be prizes for all contestants because that’s how I roll.
There are other prizes for contestants that place like a panda’s choice award and a special prize for the winner including the dun dun dun... GOLDEN CAT EARS!
