i'm all by my lonesome in the room i have and looking to find at least one roommate (i don't mind covering for the larger portion of the room cost; i'm already set to pay full if i don't find anyone to room with me). i am looking for female roommates but if you have a guy friend/family then that's fine (i don't want to be the only girl in the room). age isn't a problem to me, just note that if you are a minor, i will be asking you supply me with your parent/guardian's contact number so that if anything happens to you, i know who to call... please don't let it be because you are in trouble for breaking the rules.

If you don't mind a guy, I'm 24, and able to pay on the spot; I regularly bring a little extra foodstuffs with me.  Might be coming on Saturday morning, but could pay for the whole time anyways.
