If you cause a fire hazard (like block an entrance, exit or walk-way)
You may be asked by hotel staff/k-con staff to move along.
But don't assume I just mean YOU blocking a entrance, exit or walk-way.
random spontaneous events have a way of attracting crowds, as you
know from what your video shows.
Your video shows a wide open area with plenty of space to move around...
and to be quite honest... there is nothing even 1/5 that size, open and
available for public use...
I am working on a project that may be of interest to you, but right now I
have no guarantees.
I personally fear that this will end with staff shutting it down because too
many people will congregate to the scene and block up some doorway or
staircase or start sitting on the floor, (honestly my job has made me see
a million ways any situation can go bad)
As the Facilities Liaison I can tell you this is an event which I see as one that
will inevitably get shut down, either by Hotel or Kumoricon... but I don't see
how you can stop the masses from enjoying your dancing and not blocking
traffic...
But.. I would never ban anything like this... and IF (and it's a big IF) I can get
the thing I'm working on working... I'll contact you for alternatives.
