Ya...although wierd, I still think it's important to watch that episode. There are parts toward the end of the series that make mention of things from that episode. Tiny details yes, but they make more sense then.

If it helps...the OVA is considered episode 10.5, so you should watch the series over & squeeze that in between 10 & 11.

I've had an urge to cosplay Lucy for sometime now, but I don't have the body for her.

I saw one really good Lucy cosplay at like 4 am in the arcade room & had to hug them...it made my night. My G/F is working on putting together a Nyu by Kumoricon.

I cried three times in Elfen Lied:
The Dog Scene
When Kenai dies
The ending
I think the ending was perfect, it gave us enough information to set an ending but left a whole lot of imagination to tinker with.
Adult swim is thinking of releasing a censored

version of the show.... which I will watch, even though I already own the show.
There is not gonna be a season 2....

It's a very sad/tragic story but I loved it none-the-less. You know that the creator did their job right if you are able to connect with the characters & feel the same emotions they do...at least thats kinda how I feel.

I can play lillium on the guitar and dubble base. (bigger then the violin because some ppl dont know what it is.)

I did have a lcy cosplay... sold the horns and wig. I am sad about it but I need money...
