This may be a long shot but I'm willing to try.
For anyone who's watched any of the series including DBZ Kai, this is your chance to gather and shine. If you have a DB cosplay, break it out. If you're a fan of the series but don't have one, come in whatever cosplay you want.

Place: Pioneer Place Mall, Downtown Portland
Time: around Noon or 1
For those who are interested, I have the Dragonball Z Anime Adventure Game. I have a campaign and characters in the works, and hope to have them tailored so that even non-DB cosplayers can play. Another activity can be to duel for a set of homemade dragon balls and hold a Jan-Ken-Pon tournament where the winner gets the chance to summon Shenron and make a wish. Otherwise we can eat, drink and talk merrily or shop around the mall and beyond. I'm hoping also to bring some snacks to feed the hungry saiyans and friends. If anyone else wants to do the same and pool our food and drink together, they can. If the weather permits it we can also go to Waterfront Park and continue festivities and activities there.
