well... his tail looks like his hair, are you using a wig for the hair?

well, i'd say make his tail look at much like his hair as possible.

Hmm... this is just an idea but you could...
Get wires and make a skeleton out of it. Then get those fabrics that has the fur stuff on it, ((geeeh I dunno the name of 'em)). It's those kind of fur that is already on leather pieces and stuff. And just cover the skeleton with it. But that's only if you want to have your tail sticking up or something like that.

Or you could just get those fur pieces and roll it up so it can hang and swish around. xD

Yeah... this is just a thought though. {shrugs}

it's called faux fur (or fake fur). that would be okay, but the thing is youko's tail is depicted as long hairs, not your usual furry-ness... but then that's just my opinion. but the skeleton idea would definatly be good.  :P

I guess your best bet would be to look around at local fabric stores for fabric with long hair. I've found some pretty long hair on some fabric at Jo-ans... if you have that store of course.

Kurama's Best!!!

anyway, I think you might be able to just use whatever fabric you're going to use for the ears to make the tail.

one cool thing to do if you want to get some movement is to just make the tail out of whatever cloth you might put over wire and attatch a piece of clear thread (you can get it at fabric stores, like fishing line but thiner)  or regualr thread and tie it arround your finger of choice.  if you make the thread the right length then you get a cool effect.  its pritty neat

I really wanted to do Kurama (Shuuichi), but my costume didn't really fit, and I sold it.  I really should kept it, I mean my mom will fix it if I still have it.  Damn!!

Excuse my language.
