next year, it'd be really nice to tell the panelists exactly what you are refunding x__x I expected to get back my admission fee, but finally after asking about 10 staff members, found out on Sat night that they were only refunding stuff you bought for the panel (and of course I didn't have my receipts). So please make this more clear in the future! ^^;

I didn't spend that much but if you brought a lot of goodies or materials then a reimbursement would be important. I know there were several large sums that were specifically promised by the con that had yet to be balanced come Monday night.
