Hey every one! were tying to get a big ff6 group together (six doesnt get enough love!)

so far we have:

we MIGHT have a kefka (if he gets the money), cyan, saben and shadow? (someone on here i dont remember who ;-;)

You know... it would be really cool to get a steampunk theme for the group... FF6 is quite compatible with steampunk in my opinion. I don't know though... Since it is my first time cosplaying a FF character it would be cool to keep it vintage. What do you guys think?

Well, he kind of already has a steampunk look to him in the first place, especially in the ps1 cutscenes if I remember correctly. I think I've seen other ninja cosplays with the theme as well, so maybe get some inspiration from them? The big question here might be how you would steampunk the dog plushie

id personaly prefer to do the sprite versions..... (blonde terra hurts my brain) i may be up for steam punk when..... i actualy learn the basics of it (i realy wanna do steam punk wizard of oz for example)

Nice. I may be somewhat basing my cosplay based on the figure I own if I can work out the details right...

I was thinking if I do come that maybe I could make slave crowns  or something, but it is probably better (if anything, fitting wise) to make your own if you have the chance... lol... thoughts of bringing a burger king crown just popped into my head... ironic, but no way would I actually want to do that lol.

Yeah, I don't know much about steam punk myself except it tends to feature a lot of cool looking gadgetry and really pretty corsets... Part of the reason I was thinking it might be cool is because I could do final form Kefka without having to worry about the harness for the wings too much since it is an altered cosplay anyway. From my understanding though, steampunk is mostly victorian era style clothing with futuristic technology based off of steam power so it usually involves a lot of bronze and copper... Everything that I've seen though could be taken right out of Final Fantasy 6 with little modification due to it's background.

by the way, I've had Dancing Mad stuck in my head ever since we first started talking about this chelseahavoc... lol

So... There is apparently going to be some zombie action at k-con 2012... More incentive to get my Kefka cosplay to work with the possibility of worshipers.

The sad thing is~ I hate zombies But as if I cared whether my worshipers died or not.  LIGHT OF JUDGEMENTS FOR ALL!!!

I shall save the kittens for last though. They're just too darn cute~
