Well, kind of. Basically, I started to get really pissed with a customer (well, technically it was the guy from another company who had the three of us on a conference call) on the phone today (while I was on mute, of course), and I literally just wanted to punch him so hard that his clothes flew off! Also, after I was done with the call, I started muttering "Kill kill kill kill" to myself...
