How does one go about creating a panel for Kcon 2012?

Just read the topic line....

So I was wondering if anyone or any group can host a panel/how to demo at the con.

I was thinking of having a "class" on weapon prop making.  Hoshikage's advanced prop/sewing class is awesome and I got great ideas from her, however, it seemed to be geared more toward the sewing and jewelry making aspect.  

I was thinking of inviting a few forum members that are epic prop makers as well to discuse their method.

There will be a place on the front page where you can fill out an online form.  It should be available around December-January.  Chances are, there will also be a thread made by the Director of Programming saying "Apply here for panels!" or something.

Thanks for the info...will keep my eye out.  Already have a couple of folks from the forum that will help host and show some how to.
