Hotels and the like near Kumoricon?

I have at least a group of four going this year and I have been regularly checking Red Lion and Hilton for any rooms that would accommodate 4 people as I don't want to room stuff. My question is if there are any hotels or the like within walking distance of Red Lion or Hilton that could be booked? Thanks guys!

There's an Econo Lodge about 3 or so blocks east from the Hilton.
There's a Comfort Inn & Suites about 7 blocks north and 4 blocks east from the Hilton.
There's a Homewood Suites about 25 minutes walking-distance east from Red Lion.

From my own experience at the Comfort Inn, the rooms are nice, but I do hope you'll be able to book a room that's a ways away from the elevator.

The elevator hummed loudly at night, and cosplayers were always coming and going - it's not easy to fall asleep straight away.

Well I had originally booked a room in the Hilton, then found out there were going to be at least four of us, then that lowered to three so we can keep our room at Hilton haha. It's a two person room but we are going to see if we can get a roll away.
