Hey Congoers! KCon Staff JeniOctaiva here! If anyone is a big fan of boba (bubble) tea or just want a great smoothie or coffee, head to Gaia Java on Main Street in between 11th and 12th and encourage them to stay open during the con! I just went there and had an absolutely delicious green tea with strawberry and boba bubble tea, and while talking to the clerk I found out they were going to be CLOSED during the weekend because they weren't aware that the convention brings in so many people during the holiday weekend I gave her information about the convention and she's even interested in bringing her seven year old son to it if she can manage it. They'd be missing out on a lot of business from us if they do, so let's encourage them to stay open!
Be nice and courteous, if you do go! We want to make a good impression and leave them with good memories of awesome con goers and staff!
