Names when pre-registering

So, I'm trying to register a friend and I've seen things have changed-

it asks purchaser info then ticket holder info? Am I the purchaser even though it's her money, or... yeah?

it asks purchaser info then ticket holder info? Am I the purchaser even though it's her money, or... yeah?

Purchaser is the name on the credit card. "Ticketholder" is the actual person attending, and in the name the membership is for.
