I'm looking to commission a few cosplay parts that I'll need for Kumoricon this year.
If you're willing to take up my commission, PM for the measurements. I much prefer it if you lived in my area (Portland, but i can go as far as clackamas and hillsboro) because I don't own PayPal and hate hassling my friend to use his. But if that's the only resort, then so be it.
