It really depends on how soon they get a draft assembled. Once they have one, they email a copy of it to the panelists in order to see if there are any changes that need to be made. Pending that there are some issues, the programming department will do its best to accommodate those issues without violating any others. A final copy will be sent out once this stage has been completed. Usually, the conclusion takes place in early-mid August.
