Portland Area Cosplay Photoshoots...FREE

I am working on building my cosplay photos portfolio and I am looking to those in the Portland area interested in having their photos taken. Since I am working through this process, I am offering this for free until next year when I know I will be comfortable with handling this style. I have been a professional photographer for 8 years and I am just looking to expand my interests as I have been cosplaying for a few years. It is hard to enjoy taking stages photos of my girlfriend and myself and I am hoping to stage and set up shoots for others.

This might also lead into video work and online projects with those I photograph if things work out well.

Are you in the Oregon Photoshoot group on Facebook? Id say to offer your services at cosplay meet ups, and offer one on one sessions with people that are interested.  That would be the fastest way in my.opinion. Maybe take on five people per meet up, for single sessions, and then gradually add more one on one sessions until you feel you're comfortable
I would be more than happy to invite you to a plus size cosplay meet up the next time we have one.

We try to have at least one photoshoot each month and you may also put your info there if people are interested in doing private shoots with you.
