Hetalia World conference 2014

I was wondering if anyone wanted to make a Hetalia World Conference panel?
I didn't see one here so, thought i should try.

I was wondering if Romania, Prussia, Germany, japan*, Italy*, and austia* are open? We (as a cosplay group of 4 to 5) would like to participate :)
[* Are my cosplays that I cant decide on doing....theres way more hetalia characters Im having troubles choosing from >.< ]

so, is this like how the other panels have been? and are you putting a cap on the characters that can come?
