Valve/Video Game 2014

Good afternoon, Valve Cosplayers!  I've been through the threads, and so far I don't see a final date to be able to send to the official gather list, so I am offering to help coordinate times, compile the wanted photo list, and EmCee the actual gather itself.  I have quite a bit of experience running large gathers at 50+ cons at this point and would love to help the Ponies out. Given the current layout, I am proposing the gather be at

3pm, Day 1 (Friday August 29) at the Esther Park Small Gazebo Clearing

If you all could discuss and toss this time around over the next day or so, that would be wonderful. This is also an opportunity for all video game characters to meet up, exchange info, and just goof around in general.  There will be snacks, and possibly prizes!

I am really interested in a Valve shoot. I need to look at my photoshoot schedule and see if this time will work for me or not. I would really love to come!

I didnt intend to do a valve (tf2) cosplay this year, but I have done a red genderbend scout for PAX before.... maybe Ill stop by the shoot. If thats cool, of course
