Our first General Meeting and the Kumoricon Winter Party this year will be held at
John's Incredible Pizza, near Washington Square Mall in Portland. (The proper address for John's is 9180 SW Hall Blvd, Beaverton, OR 97223.) Everything starts at 4pm, so John's recommends we start checking in at the Party Entrance at 3:45pm.
Although the meeting is open to the public, we can't really afford to pay for every customer that comes in that day (purchase of buffet is required for entry), so we need to build a check in list of the people the convention *will* be paying for. Please complete
this form by 3pm on December 6.
Any member who completes this form will have entry (including meal and fun card) paid by the convention. Anyone who *doesn't* RSVP (or does RSVP but wasn't a 2014 member) will have to come in through the regular entrance and pay their own way. Plus-ones who are included in your RSVP will be covered if and only if there is room on the guest list, so have a back-up plan ready.
Please also be sure to bring your photo ID to the event if you were a member in 2014.
