Looking for room and ride to/from Seattle area

Hi,

I'm coming to Kumoricon again (4th time) from Australia as part of my yearly RTW holiday ^_^.

I'm looking for somewhere to stay for the convention. Does anyone have hotel space?
I plan to be in Portland from the Thursday through to the Sunday afternoon.

I'll be in the Seattle area (SeaTac) for a few days before the convention and will need to head back for the Sunday night before flying out to Chicago on the Monday morning, so I'm also looking for a possible ride to/from Seattle. :)
