Pre-reg refund/cancellation

okay, i'm new to any and/or all cons. so, here's my problem. i had four people pre-registrated and going. however, one person can't go. is it possible to change that person's information to let another person go? or do i get a refund or something?  thanks for any help.

Same question: I pre-regged for a friend and now he can't go, but I have plenty of other people who are going who I'd like to have use his info.

I'll look through the paperwork and see if it says anything about this (after I finish making this post on the forums...just a little backwards).

Please email me at operations@kumoricon.org with the following info:

Your name.
The name of the person who cannot go.
The birthdate of the person who cannot go.

The name, email, address, phone number, and date of birth of the person who you would like to replace them.

Please note, if this person is a minor, or was fulfilling the role of registered guardian, a parental consent form will be required at con when attempting badge pickup.
