I usually don't find out what room is where and when until I actually show up at the con. Up until then, your guess is as good as mine as to the exact where vs. when, or what program events are scheduled opposite the AMV contest & show.
If you submitted an AMV, you do not have to be present during the show to win - it's audience voting, and if you win something you will be notified - somehow or other - and then I will mail you one of the prizes. This year is like last year - we have (IIRC) entries from Germany, France, and Finland and a few states like California and Georgia or Ohio.
Within a few days after the con I will post the list of AMVs that ran in each category, the category winners, and the overall prizes (Judges' Choice & Best of Show.)
As far as entering and leaving, feel free to come and go as you please - if you duck out to another event - hey, have fun where-ever. It's a CON, right? No one is 'taking attendance,' we don't have 'home room,' and this isn't the movie 'Cube,' where they lock others out and lock you all in with poorly-made, pixellated WMV Linkin-ball-Z AMVs playing on every internal surface, and bizarre nasty death-traps and torture machines in every module...
If you need to plan on coming and going, you might want to grab a seat near the perimeter of the room so you can leave and re-enter without distubing others...
That's it - otherwise do whatever you want to have FUN.

PS: No one submitted a Bleach video this year, and I was surprised no one did anything using One Piece. Oh well, see y'all next year, maybe...
