Envelope Stuffing: End of Tier 2!

As most of you know, the second Tier of Registration is fast approaching it's end.  April 30th is the last day for pre-registering for the entire weekend at the cost of $30 per person.  This means, it's almost time to get another round of badges printed up and mailed out!   Our next envelope stuffing is set for Sunday, May 6th, 9am -4:30 at the Vancouver Hilton Convention Center. This will give us a chance to do the mail out and review the space where we'll be holding our con!

If you are planning to work with registration this year, I highly suggest attending this meet up.  Or, if you're a general volunteer and just want some extra hours, this is an excellent opportunity!

I've been jones ing for sugar cookies with lemon icing and snickerdoodles lately.

Thank you to everyone who showed up, staff and volunteers alike.  Your help was greatly appreciated.    As soon as I get home from work this afternoon, I'm going to work on reinstalling my Excel so that it actually works properly again, and then I'll post the current hours count put in by the volunteers, in the Volunteer section of the forums.

Edit: (the next day)  I apologise for the further delay.  We are having issues finding our copy of excel to reinstall.  I'm going to get it done today though, I swear it.

If you're a volunteer and you still can't see the volunteer section of the forums, pm me and I'll fix it.

I'll also send out an update via email to you all to show you your individual hours.  

Also this means that the mail out of the envelopes is coming in the next few days.  I have a small amount of work left to do with double checking addresses and putting stamps on the envelopes, but we should be shipping those puppies out right away.
