i thought it was super cute and wanted to share. my friend asked for a prinny for her birthday and i made it happen.

about 2 hours...i think...lets see i took her boyfriend out shopping fo rhere birthday, then dropped him off at 5, went to the fabric store and then came home and i think that took an hour..home at like 6 6:30. then i think i ate something or made tea....started working on it at 7 and went and picked her up to go to a gallery opening at 9.

so yeah 2 hours or so. if you dont count shopping for the materials.

yeah i cut few corners, if i was to make another one it would take a little longer, i wanted to get it done so i could get it to her.

there is glue in places i would normally use stiches. and i would like to make the pouch a little more fancy.

no no its not felt. its fleacy fleace.

im entertaining the idea of maybe getting a booth next year and having an assortment of stuffies and maybe a few silk screen designs. but im not sure yet.

I had thought of getting a table last year in the artist ally (only $50) but by the time i knew for sure I could go they were all taken and I was to busy with mundane repairs to make stuff. Plus not a lot of my stuff is anime related it's just cool. Best thing and what i was gonna do was get the $50 table and then let some one else sell there stuff from it too and we could split the shifts. This year I may have more time and ideas for stuff to make but My part in the con will expand and I'll be stuck in one place %75 of the time

Several of you cosplay girls from Portland could get together for one table

is artist ally different from the vendor area? cause i mean i wouldent want o be with a bunch of drawings, cause thats just not what i would be offering. i would feel out of place. this past year there were a couple of tables in the venddor room offering hand/small scale made stuffs.

im kinda more wondering about that. and would totaly be into sharring a booth with someone whose doin the same sort of thing.

Artist Ally was the row along one side that was all stuff people made themselves. the other 3/4 of the tables was stuff be are reselling. AA tables were $50 ware as the resellers tables were $180

i seeee, its all clear to me now. now that i think about it that one area was all people made stuff, it didnt occur to me durring the con.
