What are some characters that you've seen people dress as that a lot of people don't cosplay as?
Some that I've seen are:
Naru (Love Hina)
Cait Sith (FF7)
Strong Mad (Homestar Runner)
Sudowoodo (Pokemon)
A door from Fullmetal Alchemist
Lan
Chaud (both from Mega Man NT Warrior)

Jenova (FFVII). My roommate was Jenoa at Kumori this year. She rocked!
Cloud in drag (FFVII), with Aeris and Tifa, who were also in the oufits they had on when they infiltrated Corneo's mansion.

Seta (Yes, I found another Seta cosplayer at Kcon!  I recognized him in an instant and hugged him)
Naru
Motoko

Nagi (Negi's dad) (there was no way I wouldn't not know who he was) (wow, triple negative sentence) (wow, thir- fourth phrase in parentheses)

Kon (looking at you, Emerald ^_^)

Luna

And that's all that comes to mind at the moment.

I saw Mishima Reika (RahXephon), and a full armored Alphonse.

Both were freaking awesome.
No, I'm not insane.  I'm just... happy.

I've only ever seen one other Quina cosplayer, one other Oikawa (his trenchcoat wasn't even purple!), and no other JPs.

That was enough for me. <3

Chloe from Noir (I'm the only one Noir cosplayer I've ever seen in person)
Mahoro from Mahoromatic (I saw the Mahoro this year, I loved that)
Anyone from Last Exile! I've not personally seen very many of them but I love the show. (I saw the three this year, I love you all for it!)

Sodat Gunman

I believe the secret Illuminati organization in Noir was "The Soldats" (prounounced 'soul-dah')

Les Soldats is French for The Soldiers

Yeah, it's Soldats.

Vondan, that's an interesting idea. Going to have to see if I can get some friends to do that for a photoshoot.

Would it be wrong of me to nominate myself? ^^;

I was the only Shadow the Hedgehog cosplayer on Saturday at the con. There was only one other Shadow cosplayer on Sunday, whom I got to hang out with for a little bit. But I was also surprised to see other Sonic characters. I met an Eggman cosplayer, along with the other Shadow and two Creams.

But Sonic characters are rare cosplays. I must say that I love the fact that K-con tends to have them though. =3

I figured the same outfit would work as a gunman from Noir, A random unnamed Turk or one of the guys from MIB or Pulp Fiction.

Me the year before K Con 1 on a day I just felt like dressing in 8 costumes and getting 100 pictures

I'll try to bring a dark suit next year.  Maybe I can ge shots of me being killed/abused by the Noir girls

Any one ever seen photos of the Live action Baroness from GI Joe and how guys want to pose with her at toy conventions

Curse Seal Sasuke, barrel and all!

OMG!!! I am SO doing that, now!!! It'll be a hassle getting it to a con though, since my parents don't have a truck >< I could check if one of my friends have one, though >>...

Instead of actual WOOD, I use teh cardboard, and make it bottom-less so I can ~stealthily~ sneak around... Oh, and eye-holes, of course X3

Then make the top detachable, so I sit in a corner and when some Naruto cosplayer comes up, I can jump out and scare the crap outta them X3!!!

Thanks for the idea!! really, thanks!!! Now, got a reference image of the barrel?
