Re-embursment

Hiiii everyone.

I was talking to Maetel today and we both have not been reembursed from the Gothic and Lolita panel. I bought $52.50 worth of Blueberry tarts and I'd like to know when I could expect reembursement? I included my recipt and I gave it to her. She said she's contacted someone and she hasn't heard back in two weeks.

I will ask Tara when I talk to her next. Can you PM me Maetel's name and mailing address, and the name and address of whoever submitted the receipts for Pocky Club? I will ask that Tara mail checks to them.

Some ware in this thread is a great idea for a skit next year.

Dress Gus as the Knave of Hearts in a bear suit with a tray holidng $52.50 worth of Blueberry tarts.  Then have him chased by the Gothic Lolita Club lead by a Dark Alice all with huge butcher knives.

current situation:

you werent contacted for two weeks because I disappeared from the world for those two weeks.

I have been unable to log on to the forums for about a week now.

The Gothic Lolita envelope was given to info desk and when I asked info desk about it they didnt know what I was talking about - I assume its in one of the boxes but I havent had time to ask around. email programming@kumoricon.com a detailed list of what you guys got and I'll fix this - outa my pocket if I have to.

Pocky club among others havent recieved anything yet because I am not the treasurer and can not get a hold of her until Oct. 1 at which point I will get things signed and mailed.

There are people who still havent sent me info on how much they spent so its really hard for me to reemburst them or do any sort of final budget accounting. This makes me cranky and not want to do anything, but rest assured I'll do what I can.

yah it took a few months for me to get one of my panelists reimbursed too, but everyone's taken care of and happy now
