i would try michaels they have a pretty big baking section or prehaps a baking supplie store

Well, I found similar items here: http://www.shop.com/Norpro_12_c_Heart_Shaped_Muffin_Pan_-29154261-~32842-o!.shtml, and here: http://www.amazon.com/SiliconeZone-Heart-Muffin-Pan-Red/dp/B00009A9XB. I read that some people found them randomly on clearance in Williams-Sonoma also, if that helps. ^_^ Best of luck finding one!
