Panel Room Set-ups

I couldn't make it to the mini-con or any of the meetings at the con space, can anyone tell me what the panelist rooms are like? I can get a rough idea from the available maps, but can someone tell me how the rooms look in person? Do they have built in projectors? Are they completely flat or do they have stages in the front? Stuff like that.

There are no stages in the panel rooms.  They are set up theater style, with rows of chairs facing a row of tables at one end of the room (Tom can confirm setup).  They do not have built in projectors, but we will provide projectors/screens/sound for the panels that need them.
