Well, I figured since I don't even know the difference between foundation and concealer that it would probably be best to ask you guys. Err... Girls... XD I'm planning on cosplaying and since anime characters have perfect skin and I don't, I think some makeup would probably be a good idea. I have some ache/pimples (is there a difference?) on my face. Most of them aren't that major or will be covered up by my hair, but I have one on the side of my face that is pretty apparent. What would be the best thing to use to make it less visible? I have rather pale skin that's pretty oily so something that wouldn't make make my skin even greasier would be nice.

Spread a thin layer of foundation evenly over your entire face. After that, use a makeup brush to apply some powder over that. I wouldn't ditch the powder - it keeps your face from looking too shiny. Also, make sure the foundation color matches the color of your face. :3
Maybe find ones more specific for oily skin, but I usually don't have too much trouble...
