What's the furthest con you've gone to?

I have no idea if this has already been a topic. I wouldn't know because I'm never here. And GEEZ. I come back and the layout has changed. I couldn't find the New Topic button.
Annnd for those of you who know i'm going as Kadaj. well, I don't even know if I can anymore. O_O it's hard getting money.

Now.. back on topic.

What's the furthest con you've gone to?
I'm going to the other side of the FREAKIN' world. Yes a different continent for a con. ..expo thing. They're the same, right? I'm supposed to be going to Europe for vacation only but when I found out there's going to be a con in London I was like "OMFGIGOTTAGO D:"
So i'll be going to JapanEx London. O.o
And I thought Anime Expo was far. XD

I've not gone that far, the only con I've ever been to being Kumoricon. But London? Wow, that is far, but sounds like a blast. A combination of two awesome cultures, England and Japan. I bet it'll rock. ^_^

I went to Sakuracon that is the only other (and fathest) I've gone, I found out about this rad con thing in the try cities but only after it had happened.

I should be going to the huge con in tokyo prolly next year or the year after since I am taking my externship there and then next year aswell I am driving up to Vancouver BC for a con.... but recently only sakuracon is the farthest -hates going to meeting when its for sakuracon means a six hour drive there and back- (is security for sakuracon)

Right now... Anime Evolution. AnimeUSA will be further, since it's on the otherside of the freaking country! But that's not until November.

I went to the Star Wars Celebration 2 in Indianapolis, Indiana.

Still in the country, but we DROVE back to Oregon!

Currently from Eugene to Sakuracon but since I'm going to grad. school in Hawaii it's probably going to be Kawaii Con.

I really wanna go to AX next year...this year S.K.I.N. made their debut and I wasn't there to see it *cries* I think Merry was there too [which is another reason for me to go] but who knows if they'll be doing something like that next year D:

Me thinks it was Kumoricon, as it took me a 5 hour train ride followed by 5-6 hours in the car to get there. I really wish I could afford to go to a con further away.

Anime Evolution this year. Only time I've crossed a border to go to a con. But if all goes according to plan and I go to Otafest next year...well...

Well, I've been to East Coast cons, but I used to live on the East Coast.  The farthest I've been since moving to Portland was to go to Anime Central.

Though, a friend of mine and I are considering going to Natsucomi  next year.
