A new fraternity I want to found! Psi Phi (pronounced Sci Fi)

I saw it on "Beauty and the Geek" and I think I'm going to get t-shirts!

LOL! I watched that too. I kinda love the show though it kinda makes me cringe. But hey, they're showcasing LARPing & boffer fighting, groovy that.
i'm already rooting for amanda and bow tie guy.

btw i'm considering going to orycon...you?

In fraternity speak psy phi, would mean mind love, psy chi would mean mind of Christ. Chi Phi is Christ Love, my brother was one of those, until his money ran out. I wasn't in one, not even sempre fi.

meantime:

OryCon is a science fiction con that apparently has recently started branching to have some anime programming. Folks in my yahoo group (the_creation_station) have interest in it because there's a very literary focus, lots of panels on writing and editing and even on reading aloud.....

it's at the marriott on naito parkway (where KC 2004 was held!)  the weekend before Thanksgiving. I can only go Sat. eve & Sun. but I am so there......If it's not sold out before i can afford it
